Pick an outfit and the manual changes beside it. Plain links with target="stage" and a named frame; HTML has done this since before CSS.
Opening one on its own: every outfit has its own address, /t/<name>/. The frame can’t tell this page which one it’s showing without a script, so the list doesn’t mark it; the manual’s own outfit list does.
